At Wave Spas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home relaxation experience. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return your unused spa or accessory within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
