How long does shipping take for my Wave Spa?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery progress.

Is it difficult to set up an inflatable hot tub?

Not at all. Most of our spas are designed for self-inflation and can be set up in under 15 minutes. Each unit comes with an easy-to-follow instruction manual and a digital setup guide.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.

Can I use my spa during the winter months?

Yes, our spas are designed for year-round use; however, we recommend using an insulated thermal cover and not leaving the tub empty in freezing temperatures to protect the liner.

What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?

All Wave Spas come with a standard 12-month warranty on the pump and heater unit, and a 6-month warranty on the liner and cover.

How often should I change the water and filters?

For optimal hygiene, we recommend changing the filter every 1-2 weeks depending on use, and performing a full water change every 1-3 months while maintaining proper chemical balance.
